Concord Commons
The Hands Working Together Garden at Concord Commons Housing Complex was started in 2005, together with Concord College. The garden was acclaimed by judges in 2005, the year when Rockford won the “America in Bloom” national contest. Concord youth are energetic and hard workers, who love to have tools in their hands!
